The consultation process will be comprehensive and will include the following:

Analysis and requests for further testing general pathology and functional testing where appropriate:

Follow up-Test Results/Treatment Plan

Follow up appointments are to go through any test results that may have been required, and will help to formulate a plan specifically for your needs.
This will include:

Suggestions on working with other allied professionals if required – ie massage, chiropractor, physiotherapist, counsellor.

Follow up - Maintenance

Regular follow-up sessions will help with the keeping your goals on track.
During these follow up consultations we will:

Assess your progress and make changes in your treatment and dietary plan where needed

Continue to introduce new food ideas to keep your dietary intake exciting and interesting

Review test results if follow up tests are needed

Give you a vital checkpoint for accountability

Continue to educate you on the best nutritional choices for you body, so you have the tools to use long term.

Acute Consultations

Acute Consultations are for those needing quick and treatment/advice for acute health events such as:

Management of colds, flu or acute immune health issues

Stress support when going through acute stress
-
Acute gut support (e.g gastro or food poisoning)
-
Required repeat practitioner prescribed product
This session is designed to be a short, focused consultation for your immediate concern.
**Please note Acute Consultations are not suitable for long standing health issues requiring
comprehensive case taking. We recommend Initial Consultations for these types of health concerns.​​

Personal Training Assessment- 60 mins

We will discuss your fitness goals, assess your current physical condition, and develop a tailored plan to achieve optimal results. I will look at your exercise history, lifestyle, medical considerations, and any specific areas of focus or concerns.
The consult will include assessments such as:

strength evaluations to gather a comprehensive understanding of your baseline fitness level.
I can then design a customized training program to suit your needs.​

Functional Movement focuses on improving your ability to perform everyday activities and movements with ease and efficiency. It emphasizes exercises that mimic real-life movements and challenges multiple muscle groups simultaneously.
