A Life of Adventure
As an avid adventurer, maintaining peak health has always been a priority. From trekking mountains to racing through obstacle courses, I’ve learned how to fuel, strengthen, and recover so my body can keep up with every challenge. These journeys have not only tested my limits but also deepened my understanding of resilience, recovery, and the importance of holistic health.
Some of my adventures include trekking Mt. Sinai in Egypt, hiking the Machu Picchu Trail in Peru, completing the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea, mountain biking at altitude in Bolivia, white-water rafting in Cairns, and competing in obstacle races, triathlons, and fun runs across Australia.
Each experience has shaped my approach to wellness—showing me that with the right care, balance, and mindset, the body and spirit are capable of extraordinary things. And my adventures are far from over—there’s always more to explore!
My path into Nutritional Medicine was inspired by my mother’s battle with cancer. Watching her endure the harsh side effects of conventional treatments drove me to seek holistic alternatives that treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.
I studied at the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and the Australian Institute of Fitness, gaining qualifications in Nutritional Medicine and Personal Training. Alongside this, I trained in fascial maneuvers to help clients release toxins and trapped emotions, and I integrate shadow work—guided by Louise Hay’s teachings—to address how emotions can manifest as physical illness.
My own healing journey has included acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and energy healing. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and shaped my integrative approach. I often collaborate with other practitioners to ensure clients receive truly holistic support.
Beyond client work, I’ve also contributed to health education—writing a Lymphatic Wellness Course for the public and a Sports Nutrition module for Switch on Health College. Sharing knowledge is one of my passions, and I am committed to empowering others to embrace healing, balance, and growth.​

Nutritional Medicine is a holistic and personalized approach to health, combining the science of nutrition with the art of healing. This practice uses food as medicine, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. By assessing diet, lifestyle, medical history, and biochemical markers, practitioners identify imbalances or deficiencies that may be contributing to health concerns. Tailored dietary plans and targeted nutrients—such as vitamins, minerals, and herbs—are then recommended to support the body’s natural ability to heal.
What makes Nutritional Medicine even more powerful is its ability to complement other modalities. Whether paired with acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy, or energy healing, it provides an integrative approach to wellness. Together, these therapies create a synergy that supports the mind, body, and spirit, enhancing the healing journey.
